In 2007, the Principals of Magic City Development are celebrating thirty years of Development and Construction in South Florida. From our first project, Twin Homes at International Gardens in 1977, our philosophy has remained the same:

Our track record was first founded in building residential projects where we owned the land, developed the sites with water, sewer, underground utilities, sidewalks, asphalt the roads and then developed each project to meet the needs of the booming South Florida housing market.  Over the years we have specialized in developing Commercial Shopping Centers, constructed many restaurants and completed a wide variety of major commercial buildings throughout South Florida.
